Lisa Ryan at McSwain was great to work with. Helped us pick the right carpet for our stair runner and then patiently waited while we had to have some carpentry work done before install. The installer was excellent as well. The new carpet looks and feel great! I would definitely recommend.

They were very meticulous, careful with everything while installing the floor, and did a great job! I would hope to get them again for any flooring needs in the future.
