Sean was a great guy to work with. Very responsive, came out same day for quote, and within a week we had an excellent clean. Between the dogs, a 2 year old and a 14 year old boy...our carpets were in need of a good clean. Sean was able to remove all the pet stains and juice spills from the kids. I had Mean Machine come in and clean my carpets, rugs, and after a quick conversation, Sean brought out his tile steam cleaner and cleaned my bathroom tiles (this was awesome because I was really dreading cleaning them by hand to re-seal them). This was the 2nd time I had him out this year and he’s done a consistent and thorough job. I highly recommend his work!

Found Sean’s company on Google, saw he was a smaller company and I really like to support the smaller companies. Sean was very responsive and came out the same day to give me a quote. I initially told him over the phone we had about 1200 square feet of carpet, after he measured he told me it was much less carpet than I had told him over the phone which was awesome. Sean set up a day and time and provided great service. The carpet was in terrible condition with the dogs and the kids. The carpet came out looking almost new which was amazing based on how it looked initially. If you need a good, reliable and honest company look no further. Can’t recommend Sean more.

Sean was so great to work with, I will be referring Mean Machine to everyone I know that needs carpets, upholstery or grout cleaning. Needed my carpets cleaned before putting my home up for sale and wanted the job done well and with care, which has not been my experience in the past with the big guys.
