Nick was Awesome. We had 2 other guys come out to our business but neither of them were as thorough or cared as much as Nick did. He helped us to understand all that was wrong and even though it ended up with us having to order a new unit it’s nice to know that he did everything he could to make sure our problem was getting diagnosed correctly. Thank you Nick!!

They have been OK for some things I suppose, but on their HVAC and RTU services this company has been a disaster. Between 2024 and 2025, they have created no fewer than three rooftop refrigerant leaks, with propylene glycol streaming down into multiple floors of our office building over the past year. Each time they come out it seems like there is a leak, an insurance claim, and months of follow up repairs on the damage.

Extremely unprofessional and rude driver! There’s no need to scream and swear at me because I chose not to go around a vehicle that was turning left. I would never in my life make such an uncomfortable and unnecessary scene in a company vehicle. Make better choices.

Excellence in every respect. No competition compares, not even close. I've owned a business near Portland Maine for 20 years contracting with several hvac specialists and mechanical services is superlative in workmanship, responsiveness, flexibility, engineering and service.

1st ) It was a house call. 2nd) the service call was extemely quick to respond . 3rd) the service call was very professional and as mechanically inclined as I am ,the problem was with the gas range/oven ignighter. And being a renter,not home owner,the home insurance wouldn't have covered any problematic outcome, like a leak or worse . So the service person was more than welcome to do the repair , and as the renter I totally agreed. 4th)VERY PROFESSIONAL , QUICK , POLITE , KNOWLEGABLE , AND THE IT WAS OVER ! IT WAS DEFINATELY WORTH EVERY DOLLAR IT COST , AND THE COST INCLUDING THE PART , WAS VERY RESONABLE . 5TH) I WOULD RECOMEND THE COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEE SERVICE TECHS FOR ANYTHING THE CLAIM TO BE ABLE TO SERVICE.... ANYTIME -> THANX A BUNCH !!!
