Extremely cruel hearted bill collectors work here. I told them my father passed and I need help with a payment arrangement bc my bill was 3x the amount it should have been. They continued to insult by inability to pay as I was already completely in tears.

To solve the problem of the $11 online fee, you can pay $1200 in cash to credit your account, so you never have to bother about it each month. They will waive 1 time late fee per calendar year for you. Don't forget to pay your water bills on time.

If I could give negative stars I would. It’s ridiculous I have to pay $11 additional if I want to pay my water bill online. Was told if we use zelle it’s a physical check mailed to the city so make payment a week early so it’s not late. Guess I’ll have to order more checks.
