Rebecca from customer service was extremely rude. Would not listen to what I was attempting to convey. I asked to speak with someone different, such as the store manager. The store manager was much more receptive and was able to assist in a respectful manner. I don’t know why Rebecca is so rude. Whatever it is she’s going’s through, should not be taken out on customers. Im giving this 2 star because the store manager was able to acknowledge my concerns in a respectful manner.

After having good dealing with people in lighting and gardening I had to go to lumber. Found most of what I needed by myself but I needed assistance and information. I saw several people doing absolutely nothing in the contractor area. One, who was on the phone actually walked away from me before hanging up so he wouldnt have to work. I am sick and tired of the poor customer service at this store in this area. The one person who would speak to me told me "they" could do what I needed, but there was no "they" willing to do so. To top it off, the one item I could just buy without assistance, they no longer carry.

Bought a lawnmower from them. Brought it home to test it and it performs horribly. I didn’t even mow any grass. Menards’ return policy on gas-powered equipment is flat out stupid. Once you put gas in the machine even just to test if it works or runs properly, you’re completely locked out of a return. So unless you’re psychic and know it’ll be perfect out of the box, you’re out of luck. Trying to call customer service was a wreck. Trying to transfer me I was hung up instead TWICE and because of the horrid reception, I was again hung up on another 2 times. All of this happened with an hour of the purchase.

Absolutely delighted with my visit to Menards. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me with my project. The range of products is impressive, and the quality is top-notch. Prices are competitive, and I even found a few great deals. I'll definitely be returning for all my future hardware needs. Highly recommend!

I wish I can give 0 star. We bought 1 box of screw 32 dollars paid total. Straight came home and we forgot to put box in car. I back to store 45 minutes later and talked to manager, he said he check the camera it's not in cart. I buy same screw again. Worst store to shop. I will never ever buy 1 small thing again.
