Menards

Just went to Menard CB and bought a washing machine. We got what we wanted for a fair price. They delivered the product the very next day and set it up. They then took the old away. I am very pleased!!!!

I spent over $30K at Menards last year. I shop at Menards often to say the least. Most of the employees are nice. Sometimes it can be difficult to find an employee to help, especially in the plumbing department. Their app is great to use when needing assistance finding an item. What I love most is the ability to track your purchases on their website or at the store kiosk. At the store you just need your debit/credit card. On their website, you just need to add your card to your account. Their prices are good too. I don't care for their rebates. I rarely mail them in and they take weeks to return.

I went to Menards around 8:30 pm and shopped until 9:45 when went to the register. The gal wasn't friendly at all, but seemed annoyed. She was not caring how she would pass fragile items from the belt line. She made the belt line go so fast while I'm trying to bag my items that she made a bottle of cleaning solution open. It got all over my hands and my other items I bought. My hands started to sting. She didn't apologize but stated you can go get another one if you want. I continued to bag my items and as I was walking towards the door two gentlemen were in front of me the person in the customer service area by exit door yelled out to them " thanks guys, good night!" Then as I was going towards the door I didn't even get a thanks. I yelled out "thanks have a good night" She just star
