YOUR RESPONSE BELOW MENARDS SOLVES NOTHING. THEY Will not return or stand behind Appliances, if the box is open or they are not defective. Please do NOT buy these from any Menards. David, a manager and was telling me to go sell the ones I wanted to return (had only 2 weeks) on fb marketplace. Really. Get that, a Menards mgr telling me to go sell something I wanted to return on Facebook Marketplace. Again, only had for 2 weeks. Wow oh wow 😲 It's not like you can try out appliances in store. They DON'T EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THIS IS TERRIBLE. I BELIEVE IT MAKES CUSTOMERS MORE UPSET. Found out COSTCO will return over a year later. So disappointed. We have just spent $12,000 at Menards, with cabinets, countertops, flooring and all appliances. We just don't l

Even if I don't find exactly what I'm looking for, I wind up with something else that I'll need to do somewhere down the line. If you own a home, fixing things isn't only inevitable, it's seemingly constant. Get yourself acquainted at your local Menards, you'll be happy you did.

Went into the store to buy a circuit breaker. Found a kid in the electrical department to ask for help. Showed him a picture of what I wanted. He didn't know what it was. Ok no problem. Started typing circuit breaker into the computer and still couldn't tell me what one I needed. He wouldn't even call anyone else to help. Just kept on saying I don't know what that is. I had to leave.
