I encourage those who order appliances to look elsewhere. We ordered three kitchen appliances online on 1/1/26 and after a couple of weeks had our appliances delivered on 2/3. Our dishwasher came and was completely crushed. I’ll leave the blame to JB Hunt on that one. After 2 additional no-call/no-shows on behalf of JB Hunt, I went to this store to request a full refund on the product twice. There I was met by a customer support specialist on 2/17 who informed me that I’d need to pay 25% on a restocking fee…an item which i didnt physically have. I disagreed and left frustrated. I returned again on 2/26 after the 2nd no-call/no-show delivery seeking a refund…they were more helpful this time, but informed me that I need to talk to online specialist for my refund because they couldn’t find m

Went in yesterday to find backsplash tiles. We found one we liked but there was only 4 on the shelf. Finally found someone about it. He wa very annoyed that we asked questions. He told us that they didn't have anymore but another store an hour away have 47 which was plenty. We drove the hour trip to that store to find out that they have none in stock and none of the store around had any. WASTED TRIP!! Sent on a wild goose chase because some kid was upser we asked him to do his job.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! As a top google reviewer I do not like to give bad reviews, I know people have bad days or it’s a tough situation but the manager Jessica and the discretionary store policy at Menards is absolutely terrible. If you are a BUYING ANYTHING HERE THAT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED YOU WILL PAY 25% Restocking fee even if the material does not fit the description. I bought a railing that the building desk in the back ordered they thought it came with the post covers upon pick up, we found out it did not come with the post covers so I then proceeded to order the post covers. So four days later I pick up the post covers take all of it out to a job site. Open the rail box and see that the instructions say that it is a 6 foot railing, including the post covers on center. Exceptional service on the evening of 2/26/26 in plumbing. The 2 gentleman working were very knowledgeable and patient. Weekend project putting in a stand up shower. Thank you again!

I was pushing my cart to the exit door when a saleslady knew something wasn’t alright. She got me a metal chair and helped me sit down. She quickly assessed that I was rapidly heading into a diabetic coma. She got me Mountain Dew and a king size Hershey Bar which barely was enough. I eventually got back to normal after a long while, and she stayed with me for the entire time. I know if I had walked out into the parking lot I would have collapsed and may not have been revivable. I was very lucky that day that a Menard’s saleslady saw me and was more worried about me then the next potential sale. Good job.
