I would love to give you 5 stars but why... why with 15 acres of parking is your handicapped parking so pathetically small? Look at the photos and tell me why. It is just as much your fault as the people that can't park inside the lines. Do better

This is nothing short of appalling. This is how Menards of Marion,IL arrived with my $5000 order. The driver lost the load on the way here. After tossing most of it back on the truck, he cranked the straps down tight enough to damage the remaining fence panels. Skip to now, Menards gladly replaced the missing parts, but not the damaged parts. I was told by the driver that I could pay for another delivery when the other parts came in. A week or two. To sum this up, we paid for new product and got damaged product. No discount, no refund, no apology. Just blame. The store manager told me I had to go after the delivery companies insurance. They hired them, not me. This has been a complete shitshow. I'm done with Menards.

Today I spent about an hour of my time looking at power tools. A nice young man helped me get something down that was clearly marked $59.95 in a big red sticker. When I went to pay, it rang up $130 something and they would not honor the sale price that was clearly right below it with two left on the shelf.

I drove 45 minutes to make a $200+ purchase; and was in a very happy-to-be-alive mood. 4 promo posters were displayed in the aisle having the products and brand I came to buy; however, the promo details were not clear to me. I asked a nearby associate who was polite yet just as unclear about the promo details; thus, I asked for a manager. After waiting some time a middle-aged female arrived, from the start, beligerant and argumentative; not offering any resolution regarding the unclear promo; thus, I asked for the store manager (on duty PM). Waiting again, what seemed like forever, I was approached by a seemingly very young obviously inexperienced male identifying himself as the store manager; however, blatantly lacking in any effective customer relation skills as well as problem-solving s
