1 star is actually giving them to high of a star. May of 2025 I special ordered Mastercraft French Doors 1,700 another 700 for installation so they start oozing caulk from the glass around them I go to the store get a complaint form copy of the receipt & pictures send them in get a letter from Menards saying they were going to contact me email never happened I contacted them so they asked for another copy of the receipt & more pictures this is the 2nd time I was inconvenienced. They send me a email with a video on how to carefully remove the caulk it’s normal well I have glass exterior doors never had this issue & now I have to be burdened again after spending 1,700 on doors then for the 3rd time again they asked for receipt & pictures I summited them never got a response so I will never e

They have every you need from the kitchen sink all the way to a whole house. Great hardware, plumbing fittings, and tool selection. Their hardware and fittings sections provide a greater selection and assortment than the orange and blue box home improvement stores. And their lumber selection is vastly superior. Just have to keep in mind that most of the prices are actually 11% higher than listed on the website. To get the more evident lower price you have to mail in a rebate form.

Review: Terrible Customer Service Experience at Menards – Disappointed and Frustrated I’m writing this review to express my complete frustration with the terrible customer service I received at Menards after purchasing a gas-powered Husqvarna weed eater on 05/10/25. Shortly after using the weed eater, it began to stall repeatedly and was unusable. My receipt clearly stated that I had until August 2025 to return the item for a refund. Around two weeks later, I brought it back, hoping to return it and get my money back—especially since my older weed eater performed better than this brand-new one. I shop at Menards all the time, Princeton, Lima, Tipp City, Miamisburg, & some at Sidney (no more at Sidney). I stopped in and got 30 2 x 4’s and a few things inside. I had a tractor on my trailer so I stacked all the wood along the side of my tractor. I was trying to get to my campsite before the rain so I stopped in at 6 AM sharp, the guard let me through no problem to get my wood, but when I went to leave and nobody else was there, he was very lackadaisical about checking the wood. I asked him if he could please pick up the pace. I want to beat the rain? I literally sat there over five minutes for 30 2x4’s just to have them tell me I didn’t stack them very well. Then he went on to tell me I needed to open my tailgate. There was no reason for me to open my tailgate. He didn’t check w
