It's really nice to have a Menards close to us, even if we live in Mt Pleasant. Customer service is on their feet waiting to help. We found everything we needed for the restoration of our home. Not sure how others feel but Menards is # 1 in my book. Thank you Menards for everything.

I have spent more money at this place than I have at any other retail store. I would have recommended this place to anyone as a one stop shop. They are great about returns and have a wide selection of building supplies. Apparently, I’ve been lucky I haven’t had any issues because the customer service is horrible at providing remedies for problems they created. The front end staff is empathetic to your issue, but they have no power to help resolve issues and the GM just talks to them through a phone and provides solutions that are just insulting. I guess they would rather people go to Standard of Beverdale or Lowe’s rather than keep a long time, high spending customer…

Great! Found what I needed. Employees are very helpful in finding and directing where you need to go.
