We had three new “energy-efficient” HVAC systems installed by Oliver Heating & Air in April 2025. Unfortunately, nearly nine months later, we are still dealing with serious installation defects, system failures, and extremely high and abnormal energy usage. For the 12 months prior to installation, energy usage and costs were stable and consistent with what you would expect for a home of this size, which was confirmed by both the prior homeowner and our utility company. After installation, our energy usage increased dramatically. Our utility provider confirmed the usage was abnormal and did not align with the energy usage of this home. We had three HVAC systems installed and were given a bunch of promises. John was and is always very friendly when at your house, but constantly makes promises and then doesn’t follow through. Ever. There is extensive documentation of repeated instances in which commitments were made but not fulfilled. As a result of improper installation and unresolved deficiencies, we have incurred thousands of dollars in unnecessary electricity costs. The HVAC systems were incorrectly configured, preventing them from operating at full capacity. Throughout the summer months, our home routinely reached temperatures as high as 88 degrees, and no effective resolution was ever provided. Unfortunately I am amending my review from 5 stars down to 1 star. Things were installed incorrectly (confirmed by another company) and it is nearly impossible to get them to actually show up to your house to resolve a problem once they have been paid. I was very patient, and then started calling multiple times a day. When he did come by, he was great at reassuring me it would get fixed but he would spend a couple minutes talking to me and then leave, promising to return with his crew the next day- and then they did not return. There was also water in my basement at the end because a hose was not secured. I can no longer recommend this company.

This is the 3rd time I have used Oliver’s heating and air they are amazing gets the job done fast super friendly and would 10/10 recommend them

Our neighbors recommended this company to us. Manuel came quickly and worked really hard. We had to get a whole new ac unit and they got it ordered and installed within a few days. We were really grateful being that we were in the middle of a bad heat wave. We felt they were honest and kind guys. We liked that it was a family business. Will use again.
