Will is the service manager and Jim was the electrician who came out with his apprentice, Austin. I called about an electrical problem and they dispatched Jim the same day, working around my schedule. Jim is an amazing electrician—he diagnosed and fixed the issue in just 15 minutes! I was impressed to see Jim teaching Austin along the way; Austin listened carefully and will surely become a fine electrician himself. Will and Jim are true assets to the company, and I’m confident Austin will be as well. I highly recommend this company—they could give 101 lessons on what outstanding customer service should look like!

Great experience. The tech fixed a bad breaker and didn't even charge. They stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and call them for any of your home electric issues.

Highly recommend these guys. Kenny & Curt came out and installed my generator interlock kit and a whole-home surge. Super happy with the install, and they left the place clean and clearly labeled.

The work that was performed on my house was sloppy and dangerous. I hired Meridian to replace my electrical panel, and run a few new circuits. The workmanship shown was embarrassing; excessive drywall damage, obviously crooked outlets, and incredibly lazy running of wires in my crawl space (images included - they wrapped a wire around my drain pipe). Even worse than all this, a competent electrician found that 4 or 5 circuits in my panel didn't have the grounding wire secured at all; ZERO grounding was provided to several outlets and fixtures. If I didn't need to hire new electricians for unrelated work I would not have known that my electric system was left in a hazardous state for who knows how long. I called several companies for a quote on installing a interlock switch to install a generator into my home. Jayce and Jacob came out and did a Great job, looks very clean. Very good price with permit included ! I highly recommend !
