I was denied a hail damage claim by my insurance company. I hired Philip Earnhardt from Meridian to appeal and work with my insurance company on the claim. It was approved and Philip took care of the entire process of roof, gutters, and facia. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Philip is awesome and professional. The roofers, gutter and facia crews were fantastic and real craftsmen. I highly recommend this company!

Our roof needed replacement due to storm damage and Meridian was a great partner throughout the entire process. Phil was especially helpful to us. He was readily accessible, followed up on each task and item, and was honest from start to finish. He went above and beyond in helping us choose the right shingle pattern. Meridian Restoration delivered one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. It was a complete NIGHTMARE. Four out of six skylights had to be repaired or replaced according to Velux. The delays were endless, and their business practices were outright dishonest. The skylight in my Master Bath was literally glued to my shingles instead of installed properly with the required Velux flashing kit. It leaked within a few days after installation(see video). Independent Velux inspectors confirmed the installation was defective and voided the warranty. Meridian promised to allow a certified 5-Star installer, Housework’s to fix everything, then broke that promise and left me with a $5,460 skylight that needs replacement. Even fixed a couple items out of the scope of repair at no additional cost. Clean up was outstanding. Through it all Jake was there to take care of every detail. Outstanding service.
