Justin and his team at Merits did an excellent job. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Him and his team are extremely knowledgeable and will answer any question you may have or not even thought of yet. Also very Pet friendly which was plus our dogs loved them.

Justin and Dan from Merit have done such awesome work at my house, from installing a tankless hot water heater, to digging out and improving an existing sump pump in the basement, and most recently installing a mini split system throughout the house. We are so impressed by the quality of their work, plus very fair pricing. They only took a day plus a few hours to install the mini splits, and everything went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier! This business is a scam. We were charged $198 for a one-minute visual inspection of a hydronic unit heater in our garage. We contacted them because the heater was leaking water. The lady who answered the call said a technician could come the same day, but she didn't mention that it would be an “emergency call” that would cost $198. Finally, she scheduled the service without disclosing any necessary information such as the type of service or its price. (Update: We filed a claim with the BBB, and the business responded by claiming, 'We inform all customers that same-day service is considered an emergency call,' which was completely untrue in our case. We recently purchased a home and had been advised Merit installed the heating system in 2015. The system has been tripping off. Merit’s office person was rude when we called for help the first time. The techs were great and got the furnace working. A cleaning was suggested. Again the customer service person was rude when we called. She informed us it would be January before it could be done so we got another vendor to clean it. Since then the furnace continued to trip off. Today again the customer service person was rude. The tech explained they had customers without heat, would not commit to a future date and told us to call when it happens again and hung up. When here the first time we were advised they would come back if the problem continued. Guess not.

Very personable and accommodating. With our busy schedule they were able to make an appointment work. The staff are very family driven and the technician was forthright about the required remedy for my issue. I had my heating issue fixed in less than 45 minutes.
