Merit Restorations

Have used Merit from start to finish for flooding in two different areas of my home. Cody, Nathan and team were communicative, up front with quotes and expectations, trustworthy and super pleasant to work with. Will absolutely be using them again for future projects!

He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy to understand. Communication was excellent the entire time — he kept me updated and answered all of my questions quickly. We had an amazing experience with Merit Restorations! Sullivan and the water and mold mitigation team were very responsive, personable, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. In addition to that, Cody and his team did an excellent job on the hardwood floor restoration from water damage in our kitchen. They did awesome work on the drywall removal and restoration in a basement room from that same water damage. Cody, Sullivan, and the entire Merit Restorations team that came to help always made us feel at ease, was super responsive, and easy to work with. If you ever need restoration work, these are the guys to call!

We had both our roof and windows replaced within the past year with the help of Cody, Juan, and the rest of their crew. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone involved! Juan and his crew knocked out both jobs in an extremely timely manner while taking no shortcuts and remaining thorough throughout. Cody was so great to coordinate and communicate with and remained extremely attentive to the job site and progress of the renovations throughout by checking in over the phone and in person each day, sometimes several times a day. We had great experiences from start to finish with both Cody and Juan both times!

Merit Restorations was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate all that Sullivan and his team in Lynchburg did for me and my family. They were polite, considerate and I could tell they had my best interest in mind. They helped my family stay at ease during a difficult time with great communication.
