I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the staff at Merit! We had a pipe burst, water flooded our basement storage area, and left us with damage to the insulation and plumbing. Within the hour, Merit (Logan) and his partner (also incredible) were at my home helping to manage the situation. They were so professional from start to finish! I used Merit for the repairs phase as well. We worked with Garrett, who was extremely knowledgeable and quickly assembled a team for the repairs. The work completed exceeded my expectations. Garrett was empathetic to the situation, quickly drew up a plan, and executed the plan. They provide a wide range of services and we definitely plan to use them again!

We had Merit come out for water damage for ice dams. I was so impressed by they speedy reply and free look at our issue.
