Merrell Building Enterprises, Inc. remodeled 2 of our bathrooms in the summer of 2023. My husband and I were impressed with the owner, Moses, at our initial meeting. He was knowledgeable, organized and personable. At the meeting, he provided us with a written pamphlet with specific information about his company. Shortly after our meeting, he sent us an estimate/proposal for our project. Linda and Greg, our site supervisors, were professional, accommodating and efficient. They always informed us in advance what work was going to be done and the date/time that the workers would be arriving and leaving our house. We have had multiple projects done in our home. Our kitchen was completely redone, master bath redone, rooms were painted and more. Each project was done with precision. Our experience using Merrell met or exceeded all of our expectations. The level of professionalism, skill, and customer focus of all of the key principles and major subs was outstanding. The level of communication from the project lead made things run smoothly and allowed us dovetail our personal schedules with the construction activities. We contracted with Merrell Building Enterprises, Inc for a major remodel that consisted of relocating the laundry to the second floor, gut and remodel of the master bathroom, gut kitchen and pantry and remodel. The team from Merrell, led by Moses and Jacque, were incredible. The professionalism and expertise they offered were just what we were seeking. Everything came in on time, or early. All changes were handled with care. The onsite team were true craftsmen and very professional!!
