Merritt Heating and Air responded promptly and inspected my unit within one day. Although my insurance company was not reasonable, Merritt Heating and Air still made every effort to work with both me and the insurer throughout the process. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns, and their communication was excellent. When I decided to move forward with the repair, they scheduled the work within just a couple of days. The repair was completed efficiently, and the two technicians who performed the work were polite, professional, and respectful. Merritt Heating and Air did not fail me, even though my insurance company did. They were also very affordable. I would recommend them without hesitation and will absolutely continue using their services.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Merritt Heating and Air. They were prompt, caring, efficient, and reasonable in price. My technician was spot on and was able to figure out the possible problem by listening to the unit over the phone (which eased my anxiety). When he arrived at the house, the problem was just as he thought, and he got right to work. A part had to be ordered, but it came in the next day, and now my heat is back on! I have had Merritt Heating and Air do work for me in the past as well. I highly, highly recommend their exceptional service!

We have Merritt out once a year to do our maintenance and they are always great! Today we woke up to find no heat and immediately called Merritt, they were out within the hour and we had heat back in another 30 minutes . WOW, these guys are good. Will always use them.

Absolutely amazing service! We came home from a trip to find our AC not working. Merritt came out on a Saturday evening and worked in the dark to get our unit back up and running. Highly recommend!
