These ladies work hard and do their job well. I have been using the Merry Maids services for ~6 months now and not once have I been disappointed. The women will get things cleaned up well. Good attention to detail

Merry Maids has been so wonderful to work with. They are great at communicating and able to track where they are in the process through their text notifications. They are efficient and highly detail oriented. I am a working mom and have them come weekly so that I don’t have to worry about cleaning the house on top of everything else each week.

After they started the job, I received multiple calls from someone who identified himself as a manager and he was incredibly rude. He insulted my home, implied that he expected me to pre-clean for them, and he kept telling me they needed more time. Originally when I called I was told it would take 3 hours based on square footage of the house, upon entering the home they said it would take 5-6 and then just kept adding on more time for a total of 11 hours for two people to clean an empty 3 bedroom house. At one point the manager lied to me about what was left to be cleaned since I was at the house and what he was telling me was inaccurate. There was one block of time I asked them not to be there and was assured on the phone that they would be gone by 3 when I had to meet a contractor at th
