Merry Maids of Fairview Heights

$320 for 1 person, 2 hours. Shower looked like it wasn't even touched. Wife asked if they even showed up. I swept under the vanities and realized it wasn't touched. For $320 I would of expected more time and attention to detail. Can not even begin to explain how disappointed the wife and I were. I cleaned the shower myself in less than 15 minutes afterwards. Chairs weren't even moved to vacuum under.

I hired Merry Maids to do a move out clean. They got everything on the required check list and then some. I really appreciate them being early and getting the job done in a few hours. It’s one less thing to worry about when handing the unit back to property management! Great job! I would definitely recommend Bethany, she’s very thorough and great at communication. 10/10

The staff is professional and did an awesome job cleaning. My home was so clean and fresh when they were done. The best cleaners I have ever had!

We’ve been using Merry Maids for several years, and we’re very pleased. They are always professional and accommodating. I don’t feel nickel and dimed for specific requests, and their communication is excellent. The cleaners are very nice and hardworking, and our place looks great, even with young kids and dogs. Here are photos of the post construction clean. I had to wipe down closets, shelves and walls today. Debris was mopped into corners and left. The Windows need to be completely re cleaned and post construction windows have drywall dust all over them. Chris in the office has not gotten back to me after I called to request a partial refund. This was a 4 person job and only two showed up. This was WAY to large a job for two people. I paid 830 dollars to have to hire a local person to help me prep for the move in tomorrow.
