So far we have had Rottler servicing our business. All I can say is that Michael Hollems is the most professional, dependable representative we have ever had. He does a great job, our residents welcome him and he has helped us keep our community pest free. I would highly recommend Rottler over any other company.

He has been working with our family since July and has consistently gone above and beyond in every aspect of his job. Erik is incredibly responsive to any concerns we have before or after treatments and has even adjusted his schedule at the last minute to accommodate our needs. His inspections are always thorough, and he takes the time to clearly explain the processes and what to expect, which gives us complete confidence in the service being provided. On top of his professionalism and expertise, Erik is genuinely friendly and great with our dog, which we truly appreciate. Erik is a standout technician and a credit to Rottler Pest Control. I have used Rottler for several years and am very happy with their level of service and professionalism. Erik does an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He easily accomodates our crazy schedule and reschedules to a time when someone can be home. It is great to know they are only a call away if something comes up between regular service appointments.

Michael Hollems is always prompt for his appointments and is very thorough. He always asks if there are any concerns or problems that need to be address on our property. I've had other pest companies but Rottler and Michael are by far much better. Great guy and company.

I am in town from out of state and met Michael Hollems at a thanksgiving party. He told me about what he does at Rottler and it sounded like it could really benefit my elderly parents that are local.
