Sears Appliance Repair

The appointment was rescheduled twice. When service was finally provided, the repair was not completed and my microwave remains inoperable. The technician requested that my wife sign a damage waiver and responded unprofessionally when she asked for clarification, stating they would be paid regardless. Parts ordered under my warranty were removed from the home and we were told they belonged to the company. Despite the repair not being completed, the company was paid by my warranty provider. We were left with a broken appliance and no resolution.

Not impressed. Could not repair. Sent me to GE with no real diagnosis. GE has been difficult to schedule with no help from Assurant. Repairman was OK. Process gets an F. Still no resolution. No discussion of costs or limits. Totally dissatisfied.

Been having problems with my refrigerator for almost 5 months. Had another service guy out yesterday he couldn't figure it out so he decided to put it off on me saying my electric outlet was reversed polarity and that was causing the problem because he couldn't figure it out. Had electrician check outlet and nothing was wrong with it. I'M NOT STUPID Sears is the worst company I have ever dealt with will never buy another GE appliance because they use Assureant for their service repair. They couldn't figure out the problem so they decided to put it off on m. They also have no customer service all done by AI so you can't even talk to a real person.

Owen was great. He knew the problem immediately, ordered the correct part, and returned to fix the LG range.
