Merry Maids of Missoula

I can't speak to how well they clean. I can speak to their customer service. I sent 3 email requests for cleaning - no response. I called their office to schedule cleaning and was told I would receive a call by the end of the day. Almost a week later still no response.

Merry Maids is fantastic! We hired them for our move-out cleaning and they got us back 100% of our deposit (only deduction was from a torn screen door needing replacement). Our property manager is very thorough in their inspection. Not only did Merry Maids do a great initial job, they went back after the property manager pointed out (very detailed) areas requiring more cleaning. Merry Maids went back and cleaned the required areas at no extra charge. Would absolutely recommend to folks will likely use their services again.

Merry Maids takes excellent care of my home! They do the cleanings for my cabin, which I have on Airbnb. The team does a very thorough job of cleaning the house after each booking and has me completely worry-free about the whole process. The manager, Nikki, is very good at communicating everything and is very organized. Overall great experience! I really appreciate them.

The team did a 👏 fabulous job. Cassidy is very thorough and efficient. She is also very congenial. Abby did a great job also. Super friendly too ! I love the days they clean 🧼!. Makes my day !

The reason I am even giving them 2 stars is because Nikki (office Manager) communicated with me very well. She was quick to respond to my messages and questions. Thank you. I would only give their cleaning abilities one star because they didn't clean nearly what I would have expected a professional cleaning company to do. We hired them to clean only the bathroom and kitchen (very small apartment) and I noticed several things wrong as soon as I walked in. I did take pictures immediately and sent them to Nikki and she was quick to respond. I do realize my son was moving out and there was traffic in and out of the apartment at the same time but that doesn't affect cleaning the vents, molding, and on top of lights that are mounted on the walls. I would of a thought they would have cleaned
