Very unprofessional and subpar work. The lady came 30 minutes late and rushed though the rooms, after she left I noticed she didn’t clean the bathtub, the cabinet doors, or oven door. And she damaged two of my plants. Also there was a ton of tiny white fluffy stuff ALL over the rooms she cleaned. I m guessing she used a crappy white towel to dry things and it shed everywhere. I had to re do all the rooms myself and vacuum up all the white crap. I paid more for a deep clean, but this was worse than any surface clean I’ve previously paid for. Before leaving a negative review, I contacted the office to rectify the situation. All the sudden it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody no responses. No one’s picking up. No one is emailing back. True cleaning pros. The best I’ve had. I had Diana and AJ as a new cleaning crew on 02/23/2026. They were the best cleaners I’ve had. Diana was a true Molly Maid pro my bathrooms never were that clean and smelled fantastic. Then AJ worked on my kitchen and dusted. My kitchen glistened. She even wiped down all my dining chairs legs and all. Then she wiped all my lamps and lamp shades. Thanks to them both. Truly, my house was cleaned from top to bottom. I would like have them each time in the future.

I've been getting my house cleaned for years and have never been as satisfied as I have been with Merry Maids. Their cost is reasonable and quality of work is outstanding. Even my 18-year old son, "Wow, mom the new cleaning lady is very thorough." If that doesn't say something is better about Merry Maids, I don't know what does. Jessica is great!
