Merry Maids of the Poconos

Steer clear. I hired them because I am disabled and my husband works weird and long hours and we have company coming in, so I just needed a clean so they would feel more comfortable… I honestly have no idea what the cleaner did while they were here. The floors are still filthy, counters haven’t been wiped down, nothing has been dusted, the bottom of my tub is still dirty. The guest room had nothing at all wiped down, there was still dirty floors, dirty fan blades, dirty windowsills. I don’t think she even touched our living room. The kitchen she maybe wiped down around the sink and that’s IT. None of the countertops are clean, a couple things were moved but it doesn’t look like anything was cleaned under. This is so unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Go anywhere else.

They are wonderful and keep our ambulance station clean and sanitary. We have seen very few call offs due illness and the Merry Maids team has big apart of keeping us service during the flu season. Office staff is prompt with billing and invoicing. Always available for questions and feedback

They helped me in a pinch! My regular cleaning lady bailed on me two weeks in a row! I called these guys and they were able to help me ASAP and they did a great job and their prices are definitely reasonable.

The ladies in the office were quick to get me a price and get me on the schedule so that I could love into my new home. The ladies went above and beyond cleaning. I couldn’t be happier. Once I’m all moved in, I want to start regular recurring service.

Ariel is great very personable. Pays attention to detail. The office staff has always pleasant. The work is impeccable.
