I had my furnace maintenance done, with the 30 point check. Johcovi was very very very pleasant. Beautiful personality. Very thorough in explaining to me what all was done, even shared how certain parts worked together. I can honestly say my furnace sounds a bit quieter. Guess she was a bit dusty, I did miss last year. I won't ever do that again. Especially the price was amazing as always. I hope I can request Johcovi everytime. Javier and Larry came to our home to repair an electrical problem. They worked together quickly and efficiently. They were polite and didn’t mind our asking questions as they worked. They were neat, not messy and cleaned up behind themselves. Before they left they made sure we were satisfied and had answered all of our questions. Thank you for sending this team of technicians out.

The installers were nice and on time. We had a new a/c and furnace installed. Our a/c is working very good. Our only concern was the clean up in the kitchen. Screws were left on the floor, 2 brackets were left on our refrigerator and dirt was ground into the kitchen floor in front of our furnace closet. Next time I will definitely insist on a morning appointment so they can clean up any metal pieces out of the driveway better (after dark it was too hard to see). We will still use Mertz/4Seasons again!

Technician was pleasant, professional and explained everything he did when finished. I was very happy with this technician! Price included a humidifier filter which I could have changed myself for less money, but my time was more valuable today.

Annual furnace cleaning/service. Tech arrived exactly at 12:00 for an appointment window of 12:00 - 4:00, so all good. Super friendly dude, very informative. Asked if I had questions. Very satisfied with the service all around.
