Marshall is a great repairman. He is very knowledgeable about the job. He explained as he go and also had good conversation. I will recommend him to any service. He has to Wright attitude and Wright state of mind. He fixed my problem. And also did extra things that he didn't have to do. I had a dead squirrel in my furnace. And he found it and clean it out. With no problem Any other service person would have never done that. He's a special type of guy. Thanks Marshall my houses is now warm again.

Our kitchenaid dishwasher needed repair. It was under warranty - having bought it only 2yrs ago from Lowe’s. The service technician diagnosed a faulty motor and told me that the new motor will be shipped to our address. Friday morning I got an automated message that the motor was delivered and they will come to replace it. I could not find the motor. I called Sears Appliance Repair and there was simply an AI agent who told me to also look under the bushes and the backyard in case the motor was left there. There was no way to reach a live agent and no tracking number for the parts. I spent several hours trying to locate the motor, talk to service agent or seek answers from Lowe’s. No one helped. To add to this frustration, they kept moving my appointment by 30 min and the automated messages

The technician was polite, he took his time. He kept us informed. He was able to get the part that we needed for our furnace. He installed it within 1 to 2 hours after placing the part order and picking it up. He has restored some of my faith back into Sears service. Thank you for sending Eric on our service call.

Run! Run! Run! Do NOT use these people. Worst business I’ve ever had to deal with. Had someone come out and do a diagnosis on the dishwasher. Diagnosis was incorrect. So I’m out the money I spent on them to come out and the money and time I spent on the part. Mistakes happen, I get it. To make it up they were to come out again to rediagnose. Spent all day waiting on them to show up. Never did. Then they canceled the appt saying I was not home. I was. They never showed. Proof being that they never even called as they are supposed to when they are on their way. Even still, willing to let them make it up. However, I spend over 3 hours on the phone just being left on hold being told I’m being transferred to someone who can help. At this point I’m furious. After hours of screaming at them
