Top Notch Service from the initial call with Celena who scheduled the appointment to the technician Michael Morton who serviced the furnace. Celena was very courteous and professional. Mr. Morton was knowledgeable and honest and freely shared his expertise which was very much appreciated. There was no question that Quality Service Inc wanted to provide quality service with integrity and they did! The quote was very reasonable. I recommend using this company for your HVAC needs.

Great service! My furnace went out today, (it's going to be 0* tomorrow). I remembered Quality Services from regular maintenance of my Furnace (and they came highly recommended ). Michael came out within a couple hours. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, no problem. Didn't try to sell me anything and the cost was reasonable. I recommend them.

Mike was professional, friendly, and efficient. He came out the day after I called to evaluate the problem, and successfully repaired our fridge at a fair price the day after that. He communicated super well, and was very flexible with my schedule. I would highly recommend Quality Service!
