Buyer Beware! One of their approved vendors scammed us out of nearly $28k. We provided metal sales corporate office with all the necessary information, proof, etc. They did nothing to stop their vendor in fact they were complicit in the scam. Was hoping they would step in and do the right thing...obviously end user safety and satisfaction is not one of their values. Extremely disappointed.

Purchased material for roof on chicken coop/ barn, was able to pick up direct at manufacturing location. I have since used for goat housing and well house. I like the pickup option as it works better than delivery for me. Great they offer it.

DON'T BUY THIER PRODUCT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated them a one because I couldn't rate them any lower. Installed their product on my shop roof. After a couple years the paint started to peel of so I called and talked to a Mr. Bob Swoger. He did a site visit and said "yes we had a bad batch of paint and it's under warranty, we'll replace the roof". That was two years ago now. I've tried repeated times to get someone to stand behind this lousy product and can't even get a call back. I've exhausted my patience with these people, I'm done, now it's my attorneys turn. Maybe she'll have better luck.

I've been buying from MS for over 20 years and have never had any issues. We install a lot of roofing and their products are some of the best.
