Had my water meter replaced as part of the Parsippany municipal program. Appointment scheduled for January 14 between 8-12. Daniel arrived around 920am. Prompt. Professional. Polite. Replaced the meter in about 30 minutes. No mess whatsoever. I highly commend Daniel as a representative of the company.

Metertek left a notice on my door stating our water would be shut off within 24 hours if we do not respond to schedule a new water meter in our home. I called metertek the next day to find out why they would be threatening to shut off the water and Adriana explained that they came to my house to shut the water off, the only reason why they didn’t was because of the faulty valve at the curb. She then told me a tech would be back at my house between 8am and noon the next day and I would to give them access to swap out the meter. I explained both my wife and I work and we can’t just not show up to work without scheduling time off. She was so rude talking down to me as if I was the problem, letting me know multiple phone calls had been made (to a none working number) and emails to my wife’s em

Tech Joseph came out for a schedule appointment today to change our water meter. - Very polite, explained what he was doing and how long it would take, - Very mindful of the work area, he cleaned up all the water that dribbled during the visit, I was amazed the area was completely dry when he left, -Made sure to have me run the cold water to confirm there wasn't any issues after the meter change. It was a next level professional experience and I appreciate it.

They don't know how to keep an appointment. I called them the day of my appointment, and they said they had a scheduling mistake and had to reschedule. Same thing happened to my neighbor.
