Metro Concrete Raising

Had 5 sidewalk panels and partial driveway needed leveling. They did a great job. Very professional and decent price. Before and after photos attached. Sidewalk was the worst. Now drains perfectly.

Caution! I used River Weghorst (EON, River Ridge Concrete, Metro Concrete Raising, etc.) services to create a new patio, using stamped and stained concrete. Unfortunately the stain did not set correctly and the material quickly faded/washed away. River had mentioned this could happen, but then took a month to return any calls, texts, or messages (partially due to a family tragedy). While I was okay with being patient for him to correct his work, I was bothered by the company's decision to: remove, block and hide reviews; disable social media views, take down company websites, and re-post older jobs to make his company look better (River told us his marketing manager did that); rather than make an effort to return a phone call of a dissatisfied customer. River Ridge was the company's name when they started the job. They were great customer service and did the job as planned in the beginning. When the job was finished the concrete was not all sealed and finished properly. River didnt answer the calls (there were personal family issues) and my family was very patient. When he finally answered and agreed to make good for the job, everyone was very understanding and wanted to have the opportunity to give him another chance. AND THEN he sent a message that he would not be making good for the incomplete job.

Came out within a couple days and completed the work. Did a great job. Very happy with their quality work.
