DO NOT ENTRUST METRO CONTENTS WITH YOUR BUSINESS or your valuables. Dealing with Metro Contents has been one of the most horrific and disturbing experiences of my life. After surviving a traumatic apartment fire, my hope was that Metro Contents — contracted to handle the recovery and storage of our belongings — would provide some semblance of professionalism, care, and efficiency. Instead, my neighbors and myself were met with a nightmare. From start to finish, their process led by Sarah, the point-of-contact, was riddled with delays, miscommunication, underhanded practices, and a shocking lack of transparency. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!! Where to start? I have a decanter missing. Many things in my house were not put back in their proper place, they broke several wine glasses. They just bought cheap replacements and gave them to us, rather than compensating us where I could buy the glasses I wanted. The worst part was a little table they took. When it was not returned they claimed they were looking for it. After at least a week, they finally admitted that they had broken the table. It was about a month of them continuing to promise delivery on a certain day and then not showing up. We finally got it back after several weeks. It now has felt on one leg and not the others, so it’s wobbly and we are going to have to shop and pay for additional felt pieces. Again I WOULD NEVER H

Mike Walton headed up a packout for my house for the floors to be finished. Amazing experience with wonderful communication and what a well oiled machine. Highly recommend
