Metro Exterminating

We just used Metro for the first time and couldn't be more pleased! Ochuan was so helpful in figuring out where our problem areas were and explaining what we could do on our own to mitigate the issues, as well as what he was planning to do himself. He took his time and thoroughly treated the inside and outside of our home. He was very kind and we will definitely be requesting him for future treatments!

First time calling Metro, but wonderful experience. Ochuan came out did a through examination to help get rid of a sugar ant issue in our kitchen. He explained his process and listened to my concerns. Definitely recommend Metro and Ochuan.

Very very upset right now!! I've been a great loyal customer for 3 years, I absolutely love my technician Ochuan! Loved Mrs.Gabby! Now she's gone and the customer service sucks.I got service yesterday which didn't get finished because Megan told me a time and I waited at that time..and nothing so I'm busy I had to leave..so my service wasn't complete. I called and asked for it to be completed and she said it couldn't be. Call today about it and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong at the time?!? Absolutely not ma'am you told me the wrong time and adamently argued you were right?! Terrible attitude and customer service from the office! And now all of a sudden they're not servicing my area anymore and I need to find new service?! This is absolute trash and I'm very upset the way I was treat

BEST PEST CONTROL SERVICE EVER!! Truly love the entire staff at Metro! Mary-Ann and Megan are so consistent with calling and getting me on the schedule. Could not ask for a better team! I highly recommend this company to ANYONE 🤩

If you ever get "Bugged" this is the Best company around!!! Takes pride in their work and makes sure the right chemical is used!! I will never use anyone else!!
