Metro Marble & Granite

During a recent renovation on our master bath, we were privileged to deal with Metro Marble and Granite for our countertops and windowsill. Metro personnel, Kelly and Jennifer, were especially friendly and helpful. They invited us to their facility to view and approve our chosen slab of quartz prior to manufacturing the finished sizes. They wanted us to be fully satisfied with the quality of the product. The company standard under mount oval sinks are extremely functional as they are a bit deeper than normal and the sides are more straight than tapered. There is little water splashing with this design. As I write this, we have been engaged in trying to get completed countertops since the install date of 8/10/23. I will detail below our experience which I hope you will read before making a decision on a countertop fabricator should you find yourself in that position. We worked with them through a designer, which has complicated our ability to get what we consider to be adequate resolution. TLDR; Metro’s installer stole from our house, installed faulty product poorly and blamed it on other companies. They refused to make it right. We have waited 2.5 months to get a complete countertop job and it’s not done well. 1. We ordered and were quoted for a particular quartz from MSI. Unbeknownst to us, they swapped out the material to a similar product from Daltile. 2. Templating for the counterto

I have had the pleasure of working with Metro Marble & Granite for our home build in 2023 and also a second project that we just finished. Not only were we thrilled with the quality and workmanship, but the interactions with each staff member were outstanding. Jennifer Horner went above and beyond to help us select the perfect stone for each area, and the install team was so kind and professional. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best place for countertop vanities, tile, and stonework. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The fabricators were incredibly skilled and paid attention to every detail. The installers were professional, respectful of my home, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. The sales team gave me great pricing and I never felt pressured. I was working through a production home builder, so they didn't have to work directly with me, but they were kind enough to do so anyway. They worked with us so we could pick a slab we actually liked, could be cut the way we wanted, and even worked with us to get a serving slab and lazy-susan. All within a week so we could keep our original deadlines, replying a few times each day by email to do so. Good communication and final install looks good. a very good experience
