Metro Ramp Lot - #7

We drive a 7ft 6 inch truck, I chose this lot due to it being 8’2” tall. Well got squeezed into the ramp past all the curbing to see a sign for 70 inches after the first corner. Proceeded to get stuck in the ramp trying to turn around Change your entrance height to what the actual ramp is…..

Terrible experience. I could not exit because the machine to pay was broken. There is a note on the door that says credit at exit but it should say prepay at machines. When I pushed the help button no one answered. When I called the phone number the voice mail was full. I could not back up to park to go pay so I had to leave my car at the exit. Entire parking garage is way to small. Will not be back.

This is by far the worst place to park if you need any sort of help. The credit card machine on the first exit wasn't working, even with three different cards. When trying to get our validated ticket back, the machine spit out a non validated ticket. We had to call for help and after three different attempts trying to say the machine wasn't working, they put us on hold and basically dropped the phone connection. Regretfully we have to park here for the group we are a part of but we will never use the one machine and hope the other one stays working.

I visited the Metro Ramp for a business visit with a colleague as I've done many times before. This visit was good as they all have been. The facilities are very nice. I've parked here before and recommended it to others and would do so again. This is a very solid and well run parking ramp.

Always go to this lot for Timberwolves games. Never had a problem prepaying with Spothero
