I sought a handful of quotes for a replacement shingle roof and gutters for my smaller home. Some local larger established roofers, some smaller companies. Metro Renovator provided the best price and most responsive quote. The owner Raymond Lee is knowledgeable and addressed all questions I had. They scheduled and performed the work on time. Workmanship by the sub crews was excellent. Property was protected and clean up complete. Raymond was on the job at all key points in the two days but the crews were so well managed it probably was not necessary. Their price was approximately 10-15% less than the larger firms. I highly recommend this northern Virginia local firm for roofing and gutters.
