This place will send you a notice violation when they don't accept your credit card and you pay their parking attendant in cash. They place the onus on the customer even though it's unclear how a car can exit unless full payment has been made. Not sure what's going on, but sending a customer a $55 notice violation for a $5 parking cost is wild. Particularly when I'm sure some people pay it because they don't want to deal with the hassle or can't afford to continue fighting it.

The pay machines never work. I spent 15 minutes running up and down stairs trying 4 different machines. Not a single one worked. The 15 minutes of trying to pay put me at 3 minutes over the 2 hour mark, causing me to pay more. I told the parking attendant that none of the machines were working which is why I was 3 minutes over my time, but she did nothing. Apparently she has no real job functions. Why is there a parking attendant there if not to help customers? The business should not force customers to pay more when their equipment fails. I will never park there again.

Bring multiple credit cards if you’re parking to shop at the mall. The machines are ALWAYS in disrepair and refuse card after card. Today, after many attempts, another customer told us we have to pay at the exit. At street level, attendants were telling shoppers they have to pay in cash to exit. I didn’t have enough cash (because it’s a NO CASH parking system). But also: I was kept in the garage far longer than I wanted to be, and now they were trying to bill me for a delay they caused. Awful communication, awful treatment of both the staff and the customers. Upgrade the machines or just let people exit when the machines go down. Took me 30 minutes to get out of the garage … again.

We utilized the services of this parking garage due to a Kevin hart show near by. It’s instruction stated we pay at the ticket machine before leaving the garage. Which we did paying a total of $5. But to our dismay on arrival at the exit gate. The machine asked us to pay an additional $1 which was a surprise to us. We tried calling for assistance by pressing the help button but no one answered. There is some insincerity on how this company runs it services and will be disputing the $1 additional charge with my credit card company. It is not about the dollar really but the principle. I don’t like companies that are not honest with their operations.

I park one of my cars there , was also hoping to get a another spot for my other car but unfortunately they don’t have any spots open. But overall good place.
