I agreed to do business with Mr. Prado to have my patio extended with concrete and flagstone. He is responsive with text messages and phone calls in which I was appreciative of. He came to my home to do an assessment of the job two days before the first day of the project. However, after the assessment, he asked if I would be comfortable paying for the job in cash. I told him no that I wouldn't be comfortable doing that, but that I can pay him with a check, debit card, or through Zelle. He said ok and that he would get back to me. I thought his response was strange and it did not sit well with me. Jose was very professional! He was available by phone and responded promptly when I had questions. His team did a great job and was very friendly. He was able to do the work the same week I called. I was treated like a customer should be. I would use him again!

Couldn't be happier with our new retaining wall! Very solid and we'll built! Looking forward to having Mexi Stone back for another retaining wall on the opposite side of the house soon.
