MH did a tenant improvement for us last year and we couldn't be happier. They helped facilitate the process from initial design, permitting, and construction. Even with the large number of stakeholders at our company, MH handled everything in stride. Its construction, so there were numerous twists and turns, yet MH stayed cool calm and collected while just marching forward. Budget was right on, and they didn't blink twice when we threw changes into the mix. Extremely happy with their processes, employees, subcontractors, transparency, and fairness. Highly recommend Mike and the entire crew.

Basically our school was supposed to get an upgrade all around as well as a new gym. First they told us they would get it done during summer. Nothing happened. Then winter. Barely anything touched. Then they say Feb 24 of this year. However, it still isn't done. At this point they aren't even working on the gym. They're working on other sections of the school with the gym unfinished. I don't know much about construction, but one thing is for certain. The efficiency is horrible and I don't trust anything they have to say anymore.

I’ve been waiting to get paid a small amount for the materials I delivered to zillah high school and waiting is all I have done they owe me only 790 but I guess I should be happy that they remodeled the high school that is in my town of zillah
