I have had a large wet spot in front of my garage door since I purchased my house many years ago. I determined I had a dripping gutter leak and tried to patch it myself over the years without success. The gutters and covers around my house are not old. So, I contacted MI Gutter Guys who came out for a consult resulting in a recommendation to replace a small section of gutters. My input during the consult was well received. Great job from start to finish ! Asked for free estimate in Ludington for gutters, liked the cost and description of work to be done. I had a difficult time working with Michigan Gutter Guys. They came out reasonably promptly for a bid and indicated that my project would be completed within 3 weeks. They would not commit to an actual install date for weeks. I had to follow up constantly to get the install scheduled. When they came to install they had ordered the wrong color materials. It then took another week or two (and many phone calls) to get the project completed. My biggest issue is the fact that I had to own all of the follow up. Had they simply scheduled the install and provided updates it would have been fine. I had to initiate every update and the project was three weeks overdue. With that said, they did a good job and their staff is friendly.

We have been extremely satisfied with MI Gutter Guys for our project. From the first meeting to completion of the project, they have been extremely professional and have a high level of expertise, particularly for our new home right on Lake Michigan and the best type of gutter product for our project. They came to our site and assessed some of the possible issues we were experiencing during heavy rain/snow. At our first meeting, they provided an in-depth explanation of their product (including physical samples of the material they would use for our project with specific needs right on the Lake Michigan (ie possible blowing sand).
