From start to finish I couldn't have asked for better service and at a reasonable price. I will do my business with them. Very professional, friendly, courteous, and always came when they said they would. They do a follow up visit to make sure all is well, which is also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. Very, very, happy with my experience! It has been over 1 year since they replaced my furnace and fixed my A/C. I have to say that I am still impressed with their follow up service. They have been more than patient and helpful with me, and I can't say enough about their dedication to being there for their customers. Love Premier! Michelle in the office has been great to work with and everyone who’s come to the house has been friendly and professional. We bought a house with a furnace that is close to the end of its life and not running consistently in February. Still a new furnace is not something we were ready to commit to after becoming first time homeowners. They found a replacement part and the furnace has run great since. We will be buying the new furnace from Premier after saving our butts! They’ve also replaced our water heater, and with no drain in the basement the guys had to haul buckets up and out to the yard, they were still quick and efficient!
