Thomas F Construction recently remodeled our kitchen and living room, everything turned out just how we hoped it would. We definitely would use this company again in the future! His crew of workers were respectful and all worked really well together! Tom is a great general contractor, he responds to calls/ texts in a timely manner, he’s down to earth and truly cares about his customers! Thank you Thomas F Construction, you guys made our outdated home functional and beautiful again! We love it 🩵

Tom and his team were fantastic! They built a free-standing 18 x 30 garage and added a 3 seasons room to our existing home. They were communicative, timely and kept the job site neat. Tom was able to take our vision and turn it into a reality and didn't even hesitate when we made changes to our plans. Both he and his team were a pleasure to work with and we are would recommend them!

Tom and his team did extraordinary work bringing our cement basement to life! Truly the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is not only incredibly responsive and and diligent to schedule, but he was so creative and thoughtful. He helped bring a lot of cool details into our finished basement. We were blown away with the quality of their work. Tom also crafted a custom lofted queen bunk bed that is now my kids favorite part of the basement. We cant recommend him enough and will use him for any future projects.

My backyard looks great thanks to Thomas F Construction! They tore down an old shed, built a huge garage, added a gorgeous trex deck and a patio. I will add photos because otherwise you wouldn’t believe it! We also have a side garage door for golf cart.

Right from the start, Thomas was a great communicator. He took the time to listen to our needs and the issues from a previous job gone wrong. He got us an estimate quickly and added us to his schedule. Although it was a long wait before work began, it was worth it. Thomas and his wonderful crew were like family around the house, even our dog loved having them around. They completely re-sided our house after a hail storm took out a some of our siding and there was no color match available to replace the broken pieces. The end result is beautiful. Any additional charges were explained to me and agreed upon before the additional work was started. I would 100% use Thomas F. Construction again for work at our home!
