Michigan Pure Comfort

Its the day before my sons graduation party and I have a house full of family prepping for the party. My mom ask why we have no hot water. I discover the tank has burst. I call Doug at Michigan Pure Comfort in a panic. Doug tells me he's finishing a job and can be at my place within an hour. Dad and I go and purchase a new hot water tank at the local big box store. We get home and Doug already has the old tank removed and gets the new tank installed within an hour. Nice people ... I needed a damper replaced and a bit of TLC on my A/C unit this past spring to prepare for Michigan's hot summer months. My furnace and A/C units were 19 years old and in need of maintenance. While I waited for parts to come in (damper and remote thermostat), the A/C compressor failed. I decided to replace everything - furnace and A/C. Michigan Pure Comfort completed the task quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They also submitted the proper paperwork to the utility companies for rebates on our behalf. They have also made themselves available via email to answer any and all questions relative to our new system as well as portions of the system they did not work on such as my remote thermostats, furnace controller, and damper system.
