Don't do the "levelized billing"! I refuse to believe that more than $200 bill every month. I KNOW I don't use that much. Leveled Billing made my bill double or triple every month. Bad for this consumer. I called them and I just got an later date to pay all or the rest of bill. I pay that and the very next day I get an email saying I still owed. Lord knows I know how to use very little "energy" and I'm paying too much. Actually usage $130, leveling billing $270. I was in a house with 600 more feet and my bill now is more. Yall got me for a whole year. 🤣 lbvs!

She was patient, willing to help, and so nice to me that I wanted to let you know how fortunate you are to have in her. I truly wish there were more people like her. I just wanted to say thank you for the efficiency when it comes to unexpected power outages. Today I woke up to my fan stopping before my alarm went off and I was half asleep still when I realized the power was off. Literally within the time of me being able to get in the shower with a semi normal morning routine the power was back on and everything was restored. Before I could even figure out how to complain about the problem I was already back on track listening to my go to podcast as scheduled. Also followed by emails addressing the issue. As it started as a potential really weird way to start the day it was made right in a matter of minutes and I appreciate that. I make a living bringing light to what’s going right…this was a great example of everything we are about! Thank you for th
