Moved to the area 2 years ago and were told to use their company. We paid them upfront to fence in a small area for our dogs. Our mistake, we shouldn’t have paid them upfront. They took a long time to come out, which I understand they get busy. They finally showed up one morning unannounced and began the work. Two years into it and we have a 5,000$ investment with cracks and breaks in the welds. The gate they installed with the fence has shifted and stands alone from the fencing as the welds broke completely. We called and they sent out a young guy, who was polite, but didn’t like it when I told him there should be a warranty on their workmanship or their materials. He also told me there’s a minimum amount I have to spend in order for them to come out and do any work. When I told him I’m n

Ryan came out three weeks ago to meet me to go over plans for our Vinyl fence. He showed up on time to discuss removing old wood panels and replacing with vinyl fence. This week the guys showed up to replace fence. I came home for lunch when the guys were working on the posts. The 3 guys were very nice and respectful and apologized for the mess. There was no mess just clay built up near the post - they took all the extra clay that came from digging the posts and the area was clean! Today when I came home from work the fence was finished and looked amazing! We just need to plant grass seed in bare spots that were there before they started the fence from removing stumps. Would recommend Midland Fence. We’re pleased with the fencing job they completed in our backyard for our pup. Friendly and knowledgeable — we had a couple of questions about how the gate would fit/work and they were happy to answer/address.

Had a great opportunity too check out the great quality work this business does while I was enjoying my burger at the Gratiot mc Donald’s in Saginaw. 10/10 would park up and gander again one of the best fences I’ve ever had the chance too lay my eyes on

Rep didn’t call to notify me he was going to be late for first appointment (the office called me 1/2 after the appointment time) and then the same thing after he rescheduled appointment. Called 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment and said they were running 40 minutes later because they didn’t realIze how far my address was away. How hard is it to plan ahead and be respectful of people’s time. I told them to cancel the appointment because if they received the business how could I trust them to be on time and finish the project in a timely manner. You get one chance for a first impression.
