Too bad I can't give less than one star. If I had to do over again I would go to another RELIABLE company that stands behind their word. Have been told by BRAD on multiple occasions that he would have someone come out and correct the gutters that they installed. intersecting 90 is crooked and short section of gutter slopes wrong direction and holds water. Sure wish I would have gotten what I paid for. I live in a small town and word of mouth spreads like wildfire. Will be sure to let family and friends know to never use this company for any type of service you provide and have the pictures and text messages to prove it. We had Midstate replace and re-route guttering that had been incorrectly installed on our home many years ago. The new guttering fixed a 'messy-looking fix that we made during a downpour' when we discovered the problem! The fix they did with adding the new guttering looks great! They provided great service and installed guttering that will make mowing easier in our yard! Their prices were reasonable. But, best of all they were really great people. We have some other minor gutter work to be done and we'll be contacting Midstate to do the work! (I regret we didn't get before and after photos!)

Originally called for quote in December. Company answers phone approx. 25% of the time. Finally got an appointment and they ghosted us. Called in and talked to Larry, he said they were supposed to have been out that day and to let him see what happened. Said they'd be out the next day due to the slight drizzle the original day. The company never showed up and hasn't answered the phone once since. Called multiple times. My wife inquired online after a week of calling in and they indicated they won't have availability until first week of March. Frankly, if their quality is anything like their organization and customer service skills, I definitely don't want and can't recommend what they are selling. What an absolute joke.

Midstate is always my recommendation when it comes to gutters. We got our estimate, and even though work was delayed a bit due to several major storms this year, it was worth the wait. The crew that came out was very friendly and professional. They made sure my gutters properly drained and downspouts were secured and would also drain well. They cleaned up my property and driveway, and used a magnet to make sure that no screws and nails were left. I highly recommend Midstate Seamless Gutters for any of your gutter work.

We initially contacted Midstate to replace our gutters in late June. After quoting the project, they gave us a 6 week time frame. After about 7 weeks, we called to check in on when they'd be out to complete the work. They told us their timeline got backed up and we were still a few weeks out on their calendar. We waited about 4 weeks, and still hadn't heard from the company. Another call in, and we were told they'd be out in about 2 week. Our last call on 9/29 gave us the time frame of "a week or so". We have called twice since then (10/21 and 10/26), and have not had a call returned from our voicemail. As of 11/5 they have not been out and we have not heard from the company.
