Midtown iParkit Ramp

The design is kind of cumbersome with the spiral exit ramp. When conditions were extra icy we saw cars slide all the way down. The gate systems have a plate reading system which is handy when it works. Some of the stairwell doors were locked so we had to do some walking. Not too fun in single digit weather. The major positive is the EV chargers on the first level. We had zero problems charging although it was quite pricey on top of paying $40/day for parking through the hotel.

Great place to park for the clubs. Main complaint is the parking spot is a little cramped and shady, and for some reason there is no easy way to enter back into the ramp. Me and my friends just go where the cars enter and while we have no issue, obviously there should be a better way in and out of the ramp! Bad stuff aside this ramp is basically where all the action is at especially with the clubs nearby

How are you going to charge $23 for 30 minutes of parking when I accidentally park in your ramp instead of the library's? This should be a crime.

Cliff notes: Fear for your safety, plan to never leave the ramp, and know you'll get charged the parking fee if your only in the ramp for a few mins. Full Review: Avoid this parking ramp at all costs, would give is negative stars if I could. I got into the ramp only to realize all the doors were locked going to the elevator/stairs and I had no way of leaving the ramp... what's the point of parking there if I cannot leave the ramp to go to my desired location? Not only that, but there was a car completely open and ransacked on the level I was in, cloths and items ripped out and laying everywhere. To top it off, I left several mins later due to the reasons above and they still charged me $20.

Worst parking garage I have ever used in my life. Have been held hostage in this garage multiple times due to their machines, help lines, and security lines all being broken and no one manning the place in case of problems. There are people constantly doing heroin and meth not to mention puking and pissing in the stair well and elevator. They haven’t paid their security bill so when you call their “see something say something line” they just tell you you are out of luck. This parking garage is a stain on downtown.
