Midtowne responded to my call promptly on the first and scheduled a same-day appointment to diagnose the issue. Within a few hours, a technician arrived to inspect my water heater and provided me with the warranty details and clear instructions to obtain a replacement part. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they resolved the problem efficiently. I highly recommend Midtowne for any plumbing needs.

I would definitely recommend the Midtowne guys. They quickly assessed the problem with my faucet, did great work at a reasonable price, and were also done within a couple of hours. They were also quite flexible in working around my schedule, which was much appreciated. I would definitely go with them again.

Be careful on difficult projects...hired them as Kris was responsive and sold me on his professionalism (they were tied with the highest price out of three bids I received) but when the whole house PH filter was installed, it was done sloppily at first with leaking PEX connections and they had to come back to reroute and use proper materials. Fast forward 9 months and a problem was discovered that the filter was installed BEFORE the sediment filter and was effectively gumming up my entire water supply and i had no water pressure. When I called to ask what can be done, the father came out to look and diagnose the issue (super nice guy BTW), but my subsequent phone call with Kris was met with "I did what you told me to do" and it would be another $2400 on top of $1700 i already paid.
