When we lost our 18-year-old cat, we were absolutely heartbroken. From the moment I first contacted Midwest Aquamation, Lisa was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with both myself and my family. She took the time to gently explain to me the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It was clear that our cat mattered, not just as a service, but as a beloved family member. I highly recommend this service to anyone facing the loss of a pet.

My best friend was hit by a truck and killed on the evening of 12/23/25. Due to the late hour, and the holidays, I was having zero luck finding a vet to take his body for cremation. My desperate 3am email was answered by Lisa in the early hours of Christmas Eve morning. Despite the holiday, and her need to be at church by noon, Lisa agreed to come retrieve his body. She arrived with compassion, prayers, and hugs that were all desperately needed at that time. It truly gave me peace to know I was releasing him to her care. A few weeks later, Lisa arrived with a beautiful personalized urn with his remains, a clay paw print, and an ink print of his paw. When my skinnypig suddenly passed away, I was at a loss for what to do. Even though Lenny was the tiniest member of my little family, he was the biggest source of joy over the past few years. Midwest Aquamation provided an excellent way to honor Lenny, and I am very pleased at how easily the process flowed. They are very respectful here, went above and beyond, and I would recommend their services to any bereaved pet parent. Also, his little pawprints turned out fantastic!
